Things are really moving forward in regard the boat preparation! The three of us are getting to know each other day by day and there seem to be alot of laughs even when we are tired. Everyone is working hard for the months ahead. I haven't had the chance to get into Miami yet but it will come. Tom has promised that we come back a week or so earlier so I can have a better look around the lower part of the state. I would like to venture into the famous "everglades" & perhaps see that long bridge out to Keywest. (remember the movie True Lies?)
Rocky and I go for a great walk daily and he is just divine. He lives for food and will 'talk' and jump/stand on his back legs just to get some! Very pushy dog!!! :)
Rod is just lovely and full of amazing life adventures and experiences, whilst Tom has a quiet serenity about him.
We went to the dream store Costco today and started our huge buy up. I recommend everyone go nuts in this store when it arrives in Melbourne. It is just awesome. The list has been typed out and the inventory done, there are PAGES! I am so happy that both shipmates are into healthy food! Even better, they are enjoying my menu choices and cooking.
